Secondly, you need to drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water a day. Water is essential for life. You can stay alive longer with only water than you can with only food. Water is needed for your joints to stay loose and limber. Water also carry nutrients needed to keeps joints lubricated.
Thirdly, I know you hate to hear this but if you are overweight, you must lose some weight. Arthritis is the result of the cartilage in your joints wearing down. When you are overweight, this just adds more pressure on your joints. Joints are very fragile. They need water, nutrients and oxygen to to stay healthy. Being overweight prevent these important elements from getting to the joints because the cartilage becomes worn down.
