I’m a 21 year old female who has got knee pain from bike riding. My knees feel numb/ very slightly swollen.
I’m looking to find a supplement.
I heard omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are good…is there any supplements that combine these two?
Or is there any other supplements you recommend?

Aside from drinking omega 3 in tablets you can easily get it by eating fish like tuna and salmon or you can add to your meal a sprinkle or flax seed or a teaspoon of flaxseed oil.Breakfast cereal is rich in omega 6, including nuts and vegetable oil.
