This article on building thigh muscles to avoid arthritis knee pain is very interesting.  It suggest women who have strong quadriceps are 50 percent less likely to develop knee pain.   I would have thought heavier thighs would actually cause more knee pain.  So what do we do?  Start exercising of course developing those quadriceps.  Read more on this article……..
