I have Rheumatoid arthritis would a knee brace help the pain and help the pain when i;m asleep?

I found out that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis..I just wish I know what to do for the pain,I take pain meds.I wounder if a knee brace would help it and would it be good to sleep with it on

    Shouldn’t wear braces during rest, it will weaken your ligaments ultimately causing a more rapid degeneration of the area.
