Has anyone experienced their joints popping and snapping alot. I do it especially in my hip, knee, and ankles. I don’t even have to be trying. I will just move and pop. Also if I am standing for a long time they will start aching and Hurting. Lately in my hips if I have a lot of movement in them I feel like a burning sensation and ache. Also I don’t feel I can stretch my hips out like I used to without it hurting. MY knees ache a lot too. My shoulders are starting to feel weak and they are beginning to pop a lot. I always had joint pain growing up, but this is different. I feel like I must pop my hands and my knees and ankles a lot. I was wondering if anyone has had the same problems and what it could be? By the way Im only 26.

You sound just like me! Now I’m 37 and have been having this problem for about 6-7 years. When I was young I was really into track, so I think i’m now paying for it. All I have to do is lift my knee up and it pops also with my hips when I lift my leg out to the side. My doctor gave me an anti inflamitory which helps with the pain. I have been to a few doctors and I have gotten different answers from all. Ranging from… Muscle inbalance from running to Osteo Arthritus. I have been trying to take Calicum supplements to help. I still enjoy walking in the mornings and if I run a little it begings to hurt. When hiking I do fine with the up hills, but the down hills put a lot of pressure on my knees. To Help I try to mix up my work out with some days of walking and some days on my bike. Camomille Tea is also good. It is very relaxing and is an anti- inflamitory. I haven’t had any problems with my arms though. I would suggest asking your doctor. Maybe also trying some yoga too.
Good luck and I hope you find a solution…. pain sucks!
