Knee joint pain in sleep?
January 23rd, 2010 by Zandra Jones, RN BBA
Last night I kept waking up to pain in my left knee–it hurt to bend it.
Odd enough, when I went running today it didn’t hurt at all. However, when I stopped running it hurt to walk regularly.
I don’t understand the cause. Growing pains? I’m 17.
I thought maybe it was because I went bowling (only logical thing I could think of) but that was on Sunday night. (And it’s Wednesday morning now)
