I am 33 and have a partial tear in my cruciate. I can not immobilize my leg due to rls and plmd which is a movement disorder. I take glucosamine msm and omega3′s which helps somewhat. My rls is profound right now so Im begging for some suggestions.
Thanks in advance
I do take medications for rls but unfortunately rls is stronger

call your doctor and tell him you need medicine for restless legs syndrome. i take MIRAPAX when i have rls. in the meantime drink milk and nibble on something sweet. this might help untill you get the med. good luck.
