Cant do any upper body exercise due to my right shoulder and cant do any lower body exercise due to the knee problem. tried swimming but it too causes shoulder pain.Have tried different doctors and physiotherapy without any success…….I AM JUST 34 YEARS OLD. HOW WILL I LIVE THE REST OF MY LIFE WITHOUT EXERCISE???, I will probably die young due to lack of exercise. this is very frustrating.

I’m 35 and have had some similar problems. I broke both my ankles last year, then tore my knee ligaments. I have always had sciatica.

I suggest you start taking a supplement call glucosamine. It is very good at regenerating the cartilage in your joints. It is highly recommended for people with arthritis.

Try some aqua aerobics and light Resistance exercise in the water. Also I suggest that you stick with the physiotherapy. Perhaps you didn’t have a very good one to begin with? Try contacting your local sports team (e.g. rugby team or footy team) and see who they use / recommend.

You are too young to go without regular exercise. There are options for you. Drop me an email if you would like some further suggestions re: diet, nutrition, supplements, and exercises.

Stick in there, everything will be OK! Good luck! :-D
