I am a 50 year old woman and work on my feet 7 days a week, 9 months out of the year. I have kept telling my doctor, so in an X-ray arthritis showed up. For quite some time my whole left side hurts, starting at my hip. Sometimes it is excruciating in my hip. It can be a stabbing, burning pain when I bend wrong, but soon lessens when I stand upright. It has hurt so bad I can’t sit for a while. My knee hurts, as well as deep down in my shin and the top of my left foot as well. I was prescribed an antiinflammatory drug. I am not totally convinced this pain is caused by the arthritis. The pain has me constantly tossing and turning at night. If someone has any ideas, please help.

Apart from what the doctor prescribed, try put on some medicated oil on the inflicted regions.
Also put on long trousers to keep them warm.
Always shower in hot water.
Avoid eating cold food, ice or icecubes – eat hot or warm instead.
Apply this for two weeks, it sounds simple but this could help much to ward off the pain.
Another thing is try relaxing your feet whenever possible such as sitting, etc., it is understandable that such excruciating pain could result due to working in long hours.
I have had arthritis now for several years and found something that worked wonders for me, I’m spreading the word out to all those like me who have arthritis and may find some true relief, its a dietary supplement sold overseas called CMO, and here is where I found it, hope this helps.
