I have started this terrible right hip pain?

It started about three months ago. I found out I had arthritis in my neck so could it be arthritis of my right hip? I’ve never injured it or anything and I am young and healthy, what the heck is it. It starts at the right hip and goes a little around back and very painful. Exercise doesnt help. I have spinal cord compression at my neck but that’s not it either i don’t think. HELP!
"hip pain can be a lot of things"-I just made an appt with a neuro bc of my hand pain – i dont have a doctor as I just got back to houston,that’s why I was hoping to get some answers here bc im worried it could be arthritis.

It may be arthritis. I think you’d be best off making an appointment with your doctor, since hip pain can be a lot of things.
