I’m 27 y/o, about 75lbs overweight (i would say), could it be my weight? Or a slight Arthritis due to old age? I’ve never had an injury or anything to my hip, so I dont know why it hurts.
BTW, I’ve also noticed that if I walk alot, due alot around the house, or even in cold weather my back starts to ache. As soon as I lay down it’s a relieving-pain I feel on my back
What can be wrong with me???

Could you be ovulating at that time. It very well could be arthritis. I have osteoarthritis in my left knee, I am 40 not overweight and never played vigorous sports or did high impact exercise. I also have lower back pain which now I think is arthritis. I would suggest that you lose weight for you health.
