Hi im just curious…I play guitar and i used to play A LOT of video games. Is it likely that i will get hand problems, because my hands are my life and i don’t want that…what can i do to prevent things like arthritis..or does that just com with old age?

-Also I’ve gain some weight in the stomach and love handles area…uhh would running get rid of that or swimming maybe, what should i do? ty

You may not develope arthritis but you may get carpal tunnel syndrome. Arthritis can affect any age. I was 8 years old when diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.

Try running and swimming but also situps.
