Since I was about 14 or 15 I have been in pain, mostly lower back pain. I went to the chiropractor for a few years but this never fixed anything- just temporarily. I used to take dance classes, nothing too intense, but in hopes to get active and fix the problem, it didn’t help…

I get this pain in my hip when I walk, it’s usually just one side at a time… and I’m nearly limping… It occurs often when I walk a lot- but also just random times- i’ll wake up, get to work or school, and it’ll be hurting! I know the details are sort of vague but does anyone have any advice? I am 22 and I eat right, my BMI is 19.5- i’m in shape, i’m happy except for these pains! They last for about 3-4 days then disappear and come back in another few weeks or so…
Its hard to explain where, it feels like its directly inside of the ball socket joint thing- like whenever i move it back and forth, ie walking, its quite painful during these movements

Where in your hips? This happens to me sometimes, in the front of my hip, just below the hip bone. For me, it means that my hip is slightly out of joint. I have to reset it. I do that by either swinging it, kicking it backwards, or taking a biiiiig forward step with the other leg and stretching the one that hurts backwards. It isn’t pleasant, but it usually works.

I’ll also say that if i eat a lot of carbs/sugar, it gets worse because I retain water. So try cutting some carbs for a few days and see if that helps…
