It would take two weeks to answer all of your questions.  However, if you browse through our site, I think you will find the answers to some of your questions.  I’ll answer one now — yes, teenagers can get arthritis, usually a juvenile form of rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis.  These are both treatable.  Without treatment, there is progressive damage to the joints, though, and likely significant disability.
