Aromatherapy: An ancient Egyptian art, aromatherapy uses various oils and lotions that are supposed to penetrate into the skin and help with swelling and circulation. This is definitely one of the more opinionated of the various arthritis remedies, but a lot of sufferers report effective results. There’s definitely no harm in trying anything once.

Eating the right foods is probably the most important natural remedy for any condition, but possibly one of the most overlooked because it doesn’t always appear to have a direct impact on your condition.
