The following is a list of foods you must avoid when fighting of arthritis: Foods that is hot, spicy, and fried. Cabbage, broccoli, spinach, and cauliflower should be avoided as well. Too much caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and chocolate intake won’t be good either. The following, on the other hand, are the foods you should be more hooked on: Vegetable juices Green salad with lemon dressing. Papaya, orange, grapes and apple. Inclusion of spices like turmeric in dishes will also be helpful. Having a body massage while using mustard or sesame oil, or other herbs will also be beneficial. It will clear your body from toxins, restore mobility, decrease pain, promote flexibility, and improves circulation. Take effective arthritis herbs like Guggul. Have light exercises. For example, yoga or just plain stretching or walking. Just be careful to recognize until where your limit is. If you over do the exercise, it can only make the pain worse.
