The commonly know cause of gout is the over abundance of uric acid in the body. While this is not the direct cause of uric acid gout, it is a contributing factor that helps lead to the condition of acidosis that makes it possible for gout to develop and flourish.
Using methods of exercise, relaxation, meditation and prayer are the types of gout remedies to mitigate the onset of future gout attacks. All activities that help to calm the mind and relax the body are helpful in reducing the production of the acidifying natural chemicals associated with stress.
3) In the modern world where there is so much contact with synthetic petroleum-based products, it is difficult to avoid the poisonous effects of these compounds and the harmful effects they have on the human body. Fuels, solvents, paints, cleaners, detergents, soaps, cosmetics, antibiotics, hormones, pesticides and much more enter our internal environment orally, through inhalation, and absorption.

Avoiding activities that put one in contact with fuels, solvents, paints and other VOCs (volatile environmental compounds) is the second measure to put in place. These unwanted substances can enter by breathing them or by contact with the skin. Inhalation offers the other very direct avenue for toxic chemicals to find their way into the blood and circulate throughout the organs and tissues of the body. To consistently minimize the symptoms of gout, exposure to synthetic chemicals in any form or from any method of delivery is of paramount importance.
4) Chronic dehydration intensifies the concentration of any and all toxic chemicals that find their way into the internal environment of the body. In addition, the stagnation and lack of circulation required to transport and process disease-causing toxicity out of the body is critical. As with all life on the planet, water is the essential component and without it, sustaining life becomes compromised or impossible. Bottled waters are the least acceptable form of drinking water due to unregulated processes of manufacturing, in addition to the leaching of toxic petro-chemicals from the plastic itself. Distilled or reverse osmosis waters are pure waters but are in essence dead and devoid of important minerals that the body needs.Tap waters are regulated by law to be a neutral pH, however specific disadvantages arise from the disinfection materials that make the water “safe” for consumption. Filtered tap water is a better choice when it comes to water that is health sustaining. The most therapeutic water to seek is alkaline ionized water and is in and of itself a natural gout treatment.
