Methods To Heal Joint Pain With Natural Arthritis Pain Reliever


A joint is a place in our body where there are 2 or more bones attached to one another to get mobility. Some joints can be found on our fingers, elbows, wrists, knees, neck, or feet. Yet, some problems can make these joints suffer from pain and make us unable to do some normal activities. Some people suffer from “arthralgia,” a joint pain which occurs because of the injury, wrong sleeping position, sprain, improper posture, incorrect exercise performance or cold temperature or weather.

There are some arthritis pain reliever methods which can help us to heal the joint pain. The first is the Cold Therapy. It is the most familiar treatment for swelling and joint pain. It is also indeed the first possible treatment for us when we suffer from those pains. We need to pack some ice in a compress bag. After that, we have to wrap the bag with towel and put it around the swelling or suffered joint. The bump will soon diminish in few minutes. The second method is the Hot Therapy. We need to put hot compress when the swelling has already disappeared. We can put it for 30 minutes as heat is indeed beneficial for reviving stiffed joints. We can also have a hot bath in a hot tub to help relaxing the joints. If we want to get more relaxing moment, we can add some lavender oil in the tub.

The third step of arthritis pain reliever is the Oil Massage. We can use eucalyptus oil to relieve the joint pain. We have to give some massages in the affected area and it will help to stimulate the flow of our blood. We can also use camphor oil and spearmint oil which are good to reduce inflammation, or olive oil which functions as a pain killer. The fourth step is the Herbal Supplements. We can use some natural herbs such as cayenne, peppermint, yarrow, sage, feverfew and fenner. They can help to relive the swelling and aches on our joint. We can also use willow barks which are good as an anti-inflammatory and a natural joint pain medication. Ginger tea will also help to relieve the distress in our joints. The last method is the Physical Therapy. When we want to have a physical therapy, we had better come to a physical therapist. He can help us to arrange some possible exercises which can help us to get more comfort in our joints.
