Customer Service. Great customer service is always the best! You could give the most expensive spa treatment, but when the client isn’t happy with her spa experience, it’s tantamount to nothing. “In fact, 87 percent of ISPA member spas are utilising customer feedback mechanisms to guarantee they’re exceeding consumers’ desires…” Spas should embrace better means then to hand the clients a more satisfying spa experience.
