I had a question about what knee exercise is good for tendonitis and ligament damage.  This person had injuries in the right knee causing arthritis knee pain and it had been bothering him quite alot since football started.  He has a swimming pool in his backyard, and he heard that there are some good low-impact stretches and exercises for the knee that can be done in the water.  This sounds really relaxing and probably beneficial, but I told him I am not an expert in aqua-aerobics.

My advice was to ask his doctor what knee exercise is appropriate.  Here is a knee exercise video he can watch for some ideas.  I am sure his doctor can give him some answers and might recommend physical therapy for his knee.

Ask your doctor, not the "experts" on Y/A! Your health is too important to leave to just anybody.
