what home remedies can I use to help stop my arthritis pain in my knees?

When cold weather comes I am in extreme pain.Doctor’s advice doesn’t work.I am so sick of taking tylenol extra strength.

I noticed that I get a pretty bad Hip pain on my right side at lease once-a-month, Could that be Arthritis?

I’m 27 y/o, about 75lbs overweight (i would say), could it be my weight? Or a slight Arthritis due to old age? I’ve never had an injury or anything to my hip, so I dont know why it hurts.
