Getting pain in behind knee when walking and in shoulder joint when raising or using arm. The knee started Saturday and now the shoulder. Any reason for a quick set on pain in joints like this? any ideas?
Its actually more like muscle pain and not bone or joint pain.

I feel acute pain when I straighten my left leg in an effort to stand, after sitting. I’m Ok in the morning, climbing stairs, walking etc. The pain is located on the inside part of the leg, at knee level. Joint pain, maybe? Nothing is swollen.
