For the last few years I’ve found myself sitting at a desk and i’ve noticed sometimes my knees or elbows will get red and there’s some burning pain. After i stand up and move my arms or legs, my knees and elbows will wanna pop, and after they do, the pain wont be as bad. [...]
I have joints that ache with pain and when I snap them the pain is relieved for a varying amount of time (usually short). If I don’t snap them the pain gets worse. Tylenol and other pills have little to no effect. And I have had x-rays and it does not appear to be athritis. [...]
Getting pain in behind knee when walking and in shoulder joint when raising or using arm. The knee started Saturday and now the shoulder. Any reason for a quick set on pain in joints like this? any ideas?
Its actually more like muscle pain and not bone or joint pain.
