Can I take 100mg of ibuprofen everyday for a few months or so to help my knee pain. Synovial fluid lubricant is found in most joints. Cartilage is a special tissue that absorbs the shocks and also ensures the bone ends protected. When these get damaged, the bone ends rub against one other and result in pain, and osteo-arthritis is the medical terminology of such a condition.

I have been taking fairly good care of myself(diet, exercise…) but recently have been eating a little (2-3 pieces/day) halloween candy with my kids. Suddenly my knees and hips have been hurting like crazy! Just wondering, could it be the sugar?
