What exercise can be done by a young person with a shoulder and knee joint pain arthritis?

I Cant do any upper body exercise due to my right shoulder and cant do any lower body exercise due to the knee problem. I tried swimming but it too causes shoulder pain. What exercise should i Do??? I have Pain in my shoulder due to arthritis and pain in my right knee..?
