My boyfriend started experiencing a little pain in his hip towards his groin yesterday. He is a mechanic and he does lift heavy objects almost all day long and does a lot of repetitive motions all day.

I am 33 and have a partial tear in my cruciate. I can not immobilize my leg due to rls and plmd which is a movement disorder. I take glucosamine msm and omega3’s which helps somewhat.My rls is profound right now so Im begging for some suggestions.
